Running away from rehab like it's my job! It's been a long (nearly) 5 months of surgery, recovery and rehab. I'm super stoked to say I feel finally on track to start training and pushing my hip. The fire to race is just getting started!
Some pretty major changes coming up for the next cx season, pretty stoked on the new and continued project! 🚴🏻♀️

Integrating that PT life with some real functional strength work. Back in the gym and finally building back up that lost strength and it feels so good. My new motto is "I do what I want". My body is craving movement so badly, it's like I haven't done anything for 4 months! 🤣🤣🤣 #thatgymlife #hiparthroscopy #hiplabraltear #building
Riding bikes makes me smile tthhiiissss big! 👆🏻
How big of a smile does riding bikes give you? 😄
Don't ever forget to measure and mark your milestones. 💪🏼
First time since surgery I've been able to get this ever so slight glute stretch without pain and pinching. Plus, I ran for 6 minutes completely pain free today. #progress
If only we could learn to truly bliss out in the Sun rays like cats, I think our lives would be a little less stressful!

Four months ago today I woke up from surgery, confused, feeling sick, and in pain. I spent the next 4 weeks wondering why I opted for surgery and wondered if the pain would ever go away. Yesterday I was given the green light to start (slowly) pushing it so I can get back to my regularly scheduled activity. 😊 today I celebrated by taking my MTB for my first off road ride since surgery. It felt just as good as I remember. My heart is full. 💕
Have you ever tried to catch a chicken? 🤔🐔🐥
